The first stories of beds takes us to Egypt. The Egyptians had high beds lying position, with roller cushions and curtains that are hung in a circular area, canopy.
A particular priority in the design of the bed are the materials. Instead of solid wood, which have previously been used, today used panels of veneered wood, upholstery fabrics, natural and artificial leather, plastic materials, and others. As building blocks and beds are currently used wrought iron and metal in a modified version. The colors that dominate are bright and very dark or very light tones. Beds are monochrome, less colorful and patterned.
